Reasons to Choose Therapy

People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. You may be experiencing emotional difficulties, relationship difficulties, a life crisis, lack of confidence, lack of motivation, feelings of dissatisfaction or other difficulties that prevent you from getting what you want from life.

For some the problem seems clear, yet they feel unable to make changes. For others there does not seem to be a specific difficulty, more a general feeling of discontentment or unexplained physical symptoms.

Depending on the nature of your difficulties you may wish to come for a small number of sessions and focus on a particular issue. Alternatively you may prefer a more open-ended arrangement to explore longer term difficulties.
